Restoring coastal ecosystems leveraging remote sensing
Ecoresolve is a think tank dedicated to advancing the restoration and conservation of coastal ecosystems (especially mangroves and seagrass).
By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, particularly remote sensing, we combine scientific rigor with active community engagement to accelerate environmental solutions.
We support research and policy advancement in the following areas:
- Blue carbon ecosystem restoration
- Forest regeneration monitoring/mapping
- Nature-based solutions
- Biodiversity conservation
- Sustainable livelihoods
- Ecotourism
- Disaster risk reduction
- Remote sensing/machine learning applications
We also provide capacity building and training programs related to Google Earth Engine programming, R data analysis, Python fundamentals, graphical data illustrations and scientific article writing.

Our story & mission
The mission of Ecoresolve is to furnish the coastal ecosystems -- in particular mangroves and seagrass -- with nature-based solutions to enhance climate change mitigation and adaptation. We focus on engaging local communities, optimizing cutting-edge research and harnessing innovative technologies.
The organization believes that preserving the environment and restoring ecosystems through evidence-based research and initiatives can offer the world a scientifically advanced, intensified and enduring safeguard for a sustainable future.
At Ecoresolve, we are actively working on nature-based solutions which are actions to protect, sustainably manage or restore natural ecosystems that address societal challenges such as climate change, human health, food and water security and disaster risk reduction effectively and adaptively, simultaneously providing human well-being and biodiversity benefits.
